When I do a NEW ARRIVALS session I try to do alot of different poses for the new parents.  My favorite baby portraits are always the ones with the cute newborn baby hats I have bought over the last few months.  If the baby is in a nice deep sleep I can usually put the hat on, take a few shots, gently pull the hat off and just keep on shooting.  This hat is probably my favorite for the newborn baby girls.  Enjoy!
