What can be more exciting than expecting a newborn baby right around Christmas!  This time of year I LOVE working Christmas into my Maternity Portrait sessions!

When doing maternity portraits I think its really important to have some fun with the session.  My maternity photo sessions are usually 1.5 hours long and the first half of the session is where we have some fun, doing casual, fun portraits.  I like to work in props and this time of year it only makes sense that we work in Christmas!   It can be lots of fun trying to balance something on a nice big round belly and its amazing how many times we have to cheat a little and use double sided tape to hold things on the belly.  Luckily with this little present, it sat quite nice.  Enjoy!
