I had a wonderful gentleman come see me on Christmas Eve looking to buy a photography gift certificate for his daughter and son in law. 

He told me that his daughter is expecting with her first baby and he was looking for a unique Christmas gift fo her so he decided to do a google search for ”gifts for pregnant ladies in Edmonton” (I’ll bet that isn’t a very common search!). He ended up on a forum for expecting and new parents in Edmonton and saw a post that suggested giving a photo gift certificate for a maternity or newborn portrait session. 

 We talked for a few minutes and then he left, gift certificate in hand!  About an hour later he called me saying he had a great idea…could he come back and buy 2 more gift certificates for family portrait sessions for his other children!

He was a super nice guy and seemed like a very proud grandpa!  It was a wonderful way to start the christmas break!
