This pretty little lady came to see me for her NEW ARRIVALS photo session when she was only 7 days old. We had lots of fun doing her newborn portraits and she did amazing…you will definately be seeing more of her photos from this session throughout this month’s blog!

I wanted to share this portrait because I love it and there is a great story behind it.

We had pretty much wrapped up the session and then the new daddy reminded me they had brought a firehat as a prop. Both the new mom and dad are part of a firefighters crew where they work so they thought it would be fun to bring the mom’s hat for some photos.

So we gently placed the still sleeping baby inside the hat (not an easy thing to do!) and just as I was about to take the shot, when this pretty little lady decided to fill her mommy’s firehat with a little surprise! We all had a great laugh over it and I got some wonderful newborn portraits! Enjoy
